Promoter Prediction using PSSM

1. The first method will predict the Promoter regions of Pseudomonas species in the sequence entered by the user using PSSM (Position Specific Scoring Matrix).

2. The second method will predict the Promoter regions of Pseudomonas species in the sequence entered by the user using Consensus sequences matching.

3. The third method will predict the Promoter regions of Pseudomonas species in the sequence entered by the user using PSSM (Position Specific Scoring matrix) created by using the consensus sequence.
